By the way, we are in a hurry to please you: in 2023 you will have a whole week to get incredible memories for life. Yes, this year our festival is going to a new level!
The main festival will again last 3 days, traditionally, on the first weekend of the summer: from 2 to 4 June, in the heart of Yerevan. More precisely, on the streets Tumanyan, Moskovyana and Saryana. And before that, and in parallel with it too, to raise awareness of the wine culture, there will be a master class from a wine expert and international chef, charity dinners, campaigns to promote wine in supermarkets. And also, the gastronomic campaign «Restaurant Week», including lunch with Armenian food bloggers, invited foreign chefs, ambassadors and representatives of the embassy of the same country.
The festival itself is also expanding: more then 70 Armenian winemakers and 30 restaurants will be presented, in addition, there will be a musical scene with an indispensable program. On one of the days of the festival will perform an invited foreign band, which will provide everyone with a chic mood with its bright performance.
The most interesting thing is that visitors will be offered interesting integrations and entertainments. To create a more cheerful atmosphere various competitions with various gifts will be organized: during the festival days will be given about 50 prizes daily. In addition, at the end of each day will be awarded 1 valuable, stunning gift with the support of the main sponsors!
What else will be organized in 2023? One of the most interesting: a gastro show by an international celebrity chef and a foreign wine expert. In addition, there will be unique audio theatres with romantic notes and wine refreshments, contributing to the spread of wine culture. Presentations from wine experts will be held daily 5-7 times in three languages: Armenian, English and Russian. In the same zone there will be interesting speeches in the format of «PechaKucha», in which 8-10 speakers will give presentations on the topic ”The genetic code of wine”.
In addition, all 3 days will be organized various flash mobs from our participants every half hour! To be more precise: cheerful dances, fire shows, tango, dancing and more.
Why should you visit the festival «Yerevan Wine Days»? For wine lovers – this is a great opportunity to taste a lot of different wines, learn a lot of new information about wine, get incredible emotions and, of course, get acquainted with the local cuisine. Thus, we change the stereotype that says: «Armenia is only a country of high-quality cognac».
We have also taken care of the rest: wine professionals will have the access to a special area for acquaintance with the wine at a higher level. As a novelty this year 20-25 winemakers will also be presented in the section «Professional Wine Expo», located next to the festival. The main goal is to give business visitors of “©Yerevan Wine Days” the opportunity to get a professional tasting of selected wines in a suitable environment and to communicate with export managers of wine companies. And also, to attract new professionals. This section is more for cooperation in the B2B format.
Another novelty of 2023 is audio tours from one of our participants. What are they like?! Visitors of «Yerevan Wine Days» will have the opportunity to walk around the territory of the festival with headphones on and simultaneously listen to interesting facts from the history and culture of wine.
Moreover, on the territory of the festival, there will be a point where will be held master classes on the topic of wine and art.
